  • We do not accept returns on customized or sale items unless there is a defect or incorrect item received.

Exchange Policy

  • If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we’ll happily exchange it.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned first before a new one is shipped.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our policy guidelines.
