30 Day Return and Exchange Policy

Easy 30 days return and refund following conditions are simple:

  • The size, color or article was wrongly given to you.

State the problem clearly and/or provide associated photos.

Refund Process

  • Please return the product using any reliable courier service that provides a tracking number (after your return request has been approved).

  • Share the tracking ID with us once the item has been dispatched.

  • After we receive and verify your returned item, a replacement will be shipped within 15 working days.

  • The following circumstances entitle you to a refund:
  • Your product never came.
  • You got an item that is entirely wrong or is broken and you do not want to exchange it.
  • Refunds are made once we have received and have checked on the item returned. The refunds are done through the source of payment.
