At The Sparks Up (operated by Keystone Solutions LLC), we aim to deliver premium leather jackets to your doorstep quickly and safely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
  • If we experience a high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We partner with trusted courier services (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, courier strikes).

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping may be available on promotional offers or orders over a certain amount (as displayed on our website).
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to update your address, contact us at info@thesparksup.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • We are not liable for items marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring that leather products are allowed in their country. We are not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
